Little House – Charming Poolside Cottage

Originally built in the 1800s and renovated in a contemporary style while retaining its original character, Little House is a charming stone cottage surrounded by fields and woodland.

This cosy retreat has been welcoming guests for over 8 years and is ideal for one or two couples, or a small family looking for a peaceful countryside escape.

Inside the Cottage

Spacious living room with large sofa bed (can convert to a double bed)

Television with French and English satellite channels

Original fireplace with a small log burner (wood provided in colder months)

Patio doors opening onto the swimming pool area

Fully fitted kitchen with gas/electric cooker

Fridge with small freezer compartment

Dresser stocked with plates, glasses and serving dishes

First Floor

Large bedroom with a French double bed

Bunk beds (full single size 90 × 200 cm)

Wardrobes and chest of drawers

Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink

Patio doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the surrounding fields, with a small table and chairs

Outside

Guests can enjoy a shaded outdoor dining area beside the swimming pool with table, bench and seating.

The swimming pool (7m x 5m, depth 1.2m) is available during the warmer months, usually July and August, and occasionally earlier if the weather allows. The pool is shared with our family, but we only use it when guests are out, so it will feel like your own private space.

There is plenty of parking beside the property and a grass area at the front of the house where you can enjoy beautiful evening sunsets.

Guests are also welcome to explore our surrounding fields and woodland paths.
